As a Service Team Member with WSS, your Neighborhood Shoe Store, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find the best products, and creating a welcoming store environment. You’ll contribute to the store’s success by assisting with sales goals, processing transactions, handling returns and maintaining Visual Merchandising & Store Standards. You will be the expert in product knowledge, assisting your team to deliver exceptional service.
