residential maintenance company looking for a Service Plumber to service our N. Charlotte Metro Market. Typical days are 11-8p M-F, with Sat/Sun off each week. We are looking for a professional who is eager work and have the opportunity to earn more monthly, based on job completion. We are looking for a long term employee who wants stability in salary and schedule with an opportunity earn bonuses each month!- You must be Honest, Ethical, and Accountable.
- You will be servicing residential homes for a wide range of plumbing projects from start to finish and ensure they are completed in a timely, efficient and quality manner. We pride ourselves in service (Over 2000 - 5 star Reviews)
- You must be well-versed in all plumbing methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
- You will provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions.
- Experienced and comfortable with code on Gas water heater replacements
- Experienced plumber who enjoys your trade with at least 5 years experience
- Love the idea of growth and making more
- Ambitious and don't mind hard work
- Typical work: Water heater repair/replacement, clearing drains, supply line replacement, shower valve/cartridge replacement, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets replacements, PRV replacements, all residential type repairs
- Starts with a $65K - $80k+ in year one (which includes Bonus)
