Service Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our growing HVAC and Plumbing service team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely service delivery by managing technician schedules, customer communications, and dispatch operations through Service Titan.

• Dispatch HVAC and Plumbing technicians to service calls based on availability, location, and urgency.
  
• Monitor technician status and job progress in real-time using Service Titan.
  
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, update arrival times, and follow up on service satisfaction.
  
• Coordinate with the Service Manager and Field Technicians to ensure optimal daily schedules and job coverage.
  
• Adjust the dispatch board throughout the day to accommodate cancellations, emergencies, or delays.
  
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, notes, and customer information within Service Titan.
  
• Review open jobs, missed opportunities, and follow-up needs with the team.
  
• Ensure a high level of customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving scheduling issues.
  
• Support technicians in the field with scheduling questions or changes.
  
• Assist with timecard accuracy and verification of job completion notes.
  
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication across all departments and with customers.
  

• 1+ year of experience in dispatching, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry.
  
• Proficient in Service Titan or similar field service management software.
  
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Customer service focused with a calm, professional demeanor.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  

• Competitive hourly pay: $18-$20/hour, based on experience
  
• Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. t0 5:30 p.m.
