Due to our continued growth and success, we are on the search for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team.

You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

  • Coordinate Rebuild Schedule jobs though use of maps and Master Rebuild Sheet
Communicate to purchasing any parts that are low inventory prior to coordinating with customers*
  • Must be able to pick up agriculture parts diagrams fast and respond clearly to customer or team questions.
  • Monitor weather conditions for upcoming weeks and make changes to the schedule as necessary
  • Continuously find ways to improve the efficiency of the rebuild team
  • Contact customers to schedule jobs
  • Review job specifics with the customer
  • Verify the location and condition of the machine
  • Coordinate with field leads on next weekly projects ahead.
  • Track time of Rebuild team while on jobs
  • Use time tracking apps for tracking jobs status
  • Administer the teams� hours and submit for approval
  • Verify with warehouse parts returns from the Rebuild Team
  • Assist with billing Rebuild Service Invoices
  • Keep invoices up to date and ready for invoicing when the jobs are finished
  • Review Credit Card receipts for billable purchasing for Rebuild jobs
  • Coordinate sub-assembly of any parts that can be sub-assembled
  • Take inbound Rebuild Service call issues.
  • Provide backup support to other departments as needed
  • Verify orders are ready for Rebuild team
  • Update sales team as to how many rebuilds can still be sold for a given time period.
  • Assist with maintaining ongoing yearly service team schedules, including scheduling new rebuilds, staying in contact with customers who have rebuilds scheduled, and working with the Service Director to make sure the rebuild crew is prepared for weekly rebuilds
  • Works with minimal supervision.
  • Understands the complete process of a service dept.
  • Schedule appointments for clients, answering phones and tracking clients service records.
  • Accurately process customer quotes, invoices & pack slips
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain customer relationships with order follow up inquiries
  • Take payments over the phone and in person
  • Communicate with warehouse regarding order status changes and/or backordered inventory
  • Coordinate supplies needed for rebuild team.
  • Attend Monday morning Rebuild Team Meetings
  • Proficient using Teams for communicating and capturing information related to jobs.


Ideal Candidate Should have


  • High School Graduate
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience; Ag experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit professional composure
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate information about the company in a positive manner to prospective clients
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Proficiency with technology including e-mail, internet, and Office 365 applications
  • Experience with using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work with diverse customers
  • Farming background and/or experience in farming industry is a plus
