Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, service teams and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications

Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driverï¿½s license

Pay: $18-20/hr
