We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can confidently close sales, exceed customer expectations, and grow with our team.As a Service Advisor, you are the
sales leader on the front line. Your ability to communicate, recommend services, and earn customer trust will directly impact our shop’s success and your income.- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Clearly explain repair recommendations and educate customers.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and obtain approvals.
- Consistently upsell and cross-sell additional services and preventative maintenance.
- Follow up on declined services to recapture missed sales.
- Maintain communication with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
- Provide exceptional service that turns first-time visitors into repeat customers.
- Strong sales ability and closing skills - must be confident presenting services and prices.
- 2+ years in sales (automotive experience a plus).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using shop software.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a team-first mindset.
