- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, including Aloha POS and OpenTable.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper sanitation practices.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold food handling standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of culinary terms and food handling procedures is advantageous.
