- Warmly greets and acknowledges guests upon arrival.
- Effectively merchandizes food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Accurately takes guest orders.
- Cleans, stocks, and maintains the workstations through out shift.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
- Correctly and precisely calculates each guest check.
- Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed as requested by a manager at anytime.

- High school diploma
- Preferred two years of full service restaurant experience
- Basic math skills.
- Understanding of federal, state, and local liquor laws.
- Basset and Food Handler Certification

- This position will spend 95% of the time standing.
- This position will spend 5% of the time sitting.
- Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
- The individual must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to hear with 100% accuracy with correction.
- Must be able to see to 20/20 vision with correction.
