We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service and knowledge of our menu offerings.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using toast POS
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order completion.
- Assist with guest relations, ensuring all needs are met throughout their visit.
- Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation, and safety standards is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
