Senior Project Manager with deep experience in commercial construction to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead significant, high-visibility projects while representing the owner throughout all phases of development and construction.- Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner and all project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, consultants, and government agencies.
- Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, budgeting, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Oversee multiple aviation and commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the owner�s goals, schedule, and budget.
- Manage RFPs, contract negotiations, and risk assessments with consultants and vendors.
- Provide high-level reporting, schedule updates, and issue resolution strategies to ownership and executive teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class project outcomes.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management, ideally in aviation, commercial, or large-scale public/private infrastructure.
- Proven experience working as an Owner�s Rep or in direct collaboration with ownership groups.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methods (Design-Build, CMAR, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Bachelor�s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Local/regional experience in California is a plus.
