This role is central to enabling the Product team’s success through people. You will help shape the future of Resmed’s product innovation by ensuring the right talent, structure, and culture are in place. You’ll be part of The People Function and a high-impact team that’s evolving the Product function to meet the demands of a dynamic, global business.


Let’s talk about Responsibilities


Strategic Partnering & Business Alignment


  • Effectively understand and contribute to the context of the business strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Product leaders, aligning people strategies with business imperatives such as innovation, delivery excellence, and growth.
  • Translate business strategy and goals into people priorities, leveraging deep portfolio knowledge to influence decisions.
  • Identify future trends that impact the portfolio they partner with & generate engagement with leaders.


Capability Building & Change Enablement


  • Lead transformation initiatives including operating model shifts and workforce planning.
  • Build leadership capability and team effectiveness through targeted interventions.
  • Build and influence effective change management and change leadership programs within the portfolio they partner with proactively to address team change.


Talent & Succession


  • Own the talent agenda for the Product sub-portfolios, including succession planning, career pathways, and critical role identification.
  • Identify changes in the team�s strategy and partner with leaders to build a build-buy-borrow-bot workforce plan.
  • Partner with People CoEs and the Advisory Team to deliver scalable talent solutions.


Business and Financial acumen


  • Understands the cost structure of the team that they partner with.
  • Ensure alignment to the workforce plan and budget for financial year and make trade off decisions & changes to effectively reach financial or business goals.


Culture & Employee Experience


  • Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and performance.
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve employee experience.


Governance & Risk


  • Provide expert guidance on employment law, policy, and compliance.
  • Navigate complex employee relations matters with discretion and integrity.


Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience


Required:


Preferred:


  • Bachelor�s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 6-10 years of strategic HR business partnering experience
  • Experience supporting Product, R&D, or technical portfolios preferred
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Workday and other HR systems preferred
