ABOUT THE ROLE


We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Manager to oversee and manage HR operations at our Watertown site, including coordination with outsourced HR partners. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business success. This role requires a strong commitment to embodying and promoting our Company Values, while leading key HR functions such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.


The candidate will also ensure that all HR policies, processes, and programs are effectively designed and implemented to support both leaders and employees across the organization.


This role will report to the Global Head of HR.


MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Take full ownership of the HR function at the Watertown location.
  • Provide support for payroll processing and administer 401(k) plans.
  • Lead immigration compliance and administration for sponsored employees, including H1B visa processes, renewals, and re-verifications.
  • Work with leadership to nurture and enhance company culture, fostering an inclusive, values-driven, and high-performing workplace.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, recruitment and talent development.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, ensuring accurate workforce data and compliance with regulatory submissions such as EEO-1 and DOL requirements.
  • Champion employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee HR information systems and tools, driving continuous improvements and maintaining data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Deliver exceptional service to employees, and offer expert coaching and guidance to managers on all people-related matters.
  • Lead programs aimed at employee engagement, managerial upskilling, and professional development.
  • Manage compensation frameworks and employee benefits programs valued by staff.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor�s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years� experience in operational HR roles.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted and credible business partnerships.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate when appropriate.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into actionable results.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including the organisation�s HRIS (TriNet) and related tools.
