Senior Human Resources Generalist/HR Manager

We're looking for a forward-thinking Senior Human Resources Generalist with leadership potential-someone who excels at managing day-to-day HR functions while contributing to long-term people strategies. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership, playing a key role in driving initiatives that enhance engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.


What You'll Do:


Analyze employee relations data and deliver quarterly insights with actionable recommendations.

Establish a goal to increase HR service utilization and ensure our team members are heard, supported, and empowered.

Oversee the annual policy review process, ensuring that our practices remain compliant and aligned with our values.

Partner with leadership to align people programs with business goals and workforce planning needs.

Lead initiatives that improve early employee engagement and satisfaction from day one through the first 90 days - and beyond.

Provide HR guidance to Managers and Leadership on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.

Collaborate on benefits strategy and wellness initiatives that drive satisfaction and productivity.

Mentor and support HR staff while optimizing HR systems and documentation practices.


What You'll Bring:


5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to employee relations, compliance, policy, and development.

Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices (FMLA, ADA, etc.)

Proficiency in HRIS systems (iSolved preferred) and data-driven decision making.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
