We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management, loss prevention, and surveillance. A strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures is essential.
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to prevent theft or vandalism.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required to ensure the safety of all personnel.
- Maintain knowledge of security protocols and stay updated on best practices in loss prevention.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies is a plus.
- Experience operating surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems is beneficial.
- A background in military service may be advantageous for understanding security dynamics.
