Position: Secretary/Bailiff

Location: Oklahoma County Courthouse

Hiring Official: District Judge Heather Coyle

Salary: $42,000.00

Benefits: State Employment (includes, paid annual and sick leave, insurance benefits, retirement)

Necessary Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prepare orders, work with attorneys, prepare daily dockets, assist the Judge in Court, organize incoming reports, keep the Judge’s calendar, order supplies and assist with jurors during Jury trials.
