We manage a growing portfolio of vacation rental homes and boutique hotel spaces, serving guests across Northern Kentucky-especially those visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. About the Role


We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team in

Covington, Kentucky. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and resetting our vacation rental properties between guest stays. Your work directly impacts the guest experience and helps ensure every stay feels fresh, clean, and welcoming.


What You’ll Do


  • Clean and reset vacation rental homes between guest reservations
  • Change and triple-sheet beds, clean bathrooms, and restock supplies
  • Stage homes with care and attention to detail, following provided checklists
  • Report property damages or maintenance issues to the operations team
  • Maintain a professional, respectful attitude while working independently or alongside teammates
  • Occasionally assist with deep cleans or special projects during slower periods

Schedule & Availability

This is a

seasonal position with flexible hours ranging from 12-24 hours per week, depending on guest demand. Shift times are from 10:00a.m.-4:00p.m. At least one weekend shift is required for all team members. Either a Saturday or Sunday shift, as they are our busiest housekeeping days. We need consistent help through October, with limited, as-needed shifts during the winter months (November-February). Outside of the weekend shifts, we can build your schedule to fit your availability on a week by week basis.

Requirements


  • Valid driver�s license
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb stairs as needed
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Must pass a background check
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
  • Work at least one weekend day per week.


Compensation and Benefits


  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
