Dancing Goat Gardens, a regenerative cannabis farm, is hiring 2 seasonal Harvest Crew members to join our team for the 2025 harvest season. This is hands‑on, physical, repetitive work in both outdoor and cold environments.
- Approx. Monday, August 18 - early October (aiming to finish by Oct. 3)
- Full‑time, seasonal (Mon-Fri, with occasional flexibility as needed)
- 8 to 10‑hour days depending on harvest needs
- Start times as early as 5:00 a.m.
- Cutting, hanging and moving cannabis plants, filling and moving totes (up to ~50 lbs)
- Repetitive tasks for hours at a time in a fast‑paced harvest environment
- Working in cold conditions inside a refrigerated trailer and outdoors in all weather
- Reliability and punctuality are essential - this work requires a strong commitment for the entire season
- Must be able to work the entire harvest season without gaps
- Must have reliable transportation to our farm (8 miles west of Missoula)
- Montana Cannabis Worker Permit required if offered the job (not required to apply, but priority given to applicants who already have one)
- Comfortable with physical farm labor and repetitive tasks
