Screen Print and Embroidery Technician

We are a busy, dynamic custom screen printing and embroidery shop, seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with screen printing and/or embroidery techniques and possess a passion for creating high-quality custom apparel. We are willing to train the right person.

• Prepare screens, inks, and printing equipment for daily jobs.
  
• Set up and operate screen printing equipment to print designs on clothing and other fabric items.
  
• Ensure proper color mixing and ink consistency.
  
• Maintain quality control by inspecting finished products for errors, misprints, or defects.
  
• Clean and maintain screens, equipment, and the workspace.
  

• Operate embroidery machines to stitch logos, text, and designs on apparel and other fabric items.
  
• Set up and prepare machines with appropriate threads and needles for each job.
  
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on embroidery machines.
  
• Inspect completed embroidery for quality, ensuring that threads are secure and designs are accurate.
  

• Assist in inventory management of garment stock, inks, threads, and supplies.
  
• Help with packing and shipping finished orders.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  
• May need to collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance on design choices, and discuss turnaround times.
  
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions about orders.
  

• Previous experience in screen printing or embroidery is preferred, but not required.
  
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and functions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for extended periods.
  
• Must be 18+
