School of Accountancy, FT Faculty, CFS track Professional
The School of Accountancy invites applications for a full-time professional faculty position. We are seeking a candidate who is both highly qualified and enthusiastic about teaching across a broad range of accounting topics. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the undergraduate and graduate curriculum-including prerequisite courses, the Junior Core, and the MAcc program across
more than one subdiscipline (financial accounting, managerial accounting, taxation, auditing, accounting information systems, and data analytics). Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated expertise in technology-driven instruction and data analytics, as these areas are of growing importance in our curriculum.The required degree must be completed by the start date.

As a professional faculty slot this position has no research expectations.
The teaching load for this position is eight courses a year (24 credits) including all content development, delivery, assessment, and mentoring. There will be a one-course reduction in each of the first two years. This will be a 10-month contract position with expectations for full-time work a minimum of 43 weeks during the year. Paid holidays apply, but no paid vacation is provided.
