Title: School-Age Childcare Site Coordinator
- Obtain and update all registrations, contracts, release forms, and emergency forms that pertain to administration of the school age child program at the site.
- Plan, develop, supervise, and implement the program activities and curriculum at the site.
- Oversee safe and accessible transportation of all youth to and from the Site each day.
- Complete and maintain required program records such as attendance, daily schedules, meals and all rosters.
- Keep families informed of programming information, highlights and youth accomplishments.
- Make ongoing systematic observations and evaluations of each child.
- With support from the School-Age Childcare Director, monitor and schedule all Childcare site staff hours and schedules, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and appropriate budget management.
- Assist with the promotion of the school age child care programs within the community.
- Must be 18+ and have an Associate�s Degree or sixty college credit hours, with 18 of them in a field relating to education, child development, human services, or recreation from an approved and accredited institution or higher education.
- Must have a valid driver�s license and obtain/maintain a chauffer�s license.
- Successfully pass all BCI requirements.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working with children.
- Must be or become certified in First Aid and CPR.
