Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Manager to coordinate the scheduling of service calls and inspections. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that service calls are efficiently managed. This role would produce and manage daily service schedule and routing of calls to ensure maximum efficiency. It is preferred that the candidate have experience in developing service routes and schedules


Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage scheduling systems to optimize service appointments and resource allocation.
  • Run daily schedule review meeting with management team.
  • Answer inbound customer calls related to service calls and inspections.
  • Make outbound customer calls to confirm service calls and inspections.


Skills


  • Strong understanding of how to build a service schedule and develop efficient routes.
  • Proficient in using scheduling systems and software to manage appointments effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and with customers and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
