• Experience - 2 + years� experience required in a manufacturing environment, specifically within Pulp or Power operations.
  
• The ability to read, write, and speak English
  
• Must be a self-starter and meet mill and department objectives.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Valid Driver's License
  
• Meet physical demands as listed above
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed by the assigned location
