Overview:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper sanitation of dishware, glassware, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, and minor/major kitchen equipment. Assist with deep cleaning of the kitchetn and equipment.
- Operate ware washing machine in a safe and efficient manner according to manufacture recommendation.
- Remove broken or damanged dishware, glassware, flatware, utensils, posts or pans from service rotation. Empty garbage bins and breakdown boxes.
- Check in and put away any food or non-food deliveries. Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled and dated
- Treat residents with dignity and respect
