Reports To: Warehouse Manager or Procurement Lead
The Sales Representative supports warehouse operations by acquiring products and maintaining vendor relationships. The role focuses on sourcing, pricing, and purchasing inventory needed for daily warehouse operations.
- Identify and contact vendors and suppliers to obtain required inventory.
- Negotiate pricing and terms for product purchases.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
- Maintain records of all purchasing transactions.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and stocking.
- Stay informed on market trends to ensure competitive purchasing.
- 1-3 years experience in sales, purchasing, or procurement.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendor accounts.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse environments.
