Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


Skills


  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales is preferred.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Experience in lead generation and territory management is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies.
