Sales Representative

Ultimate Beauty Inc. is a wholesale hair product distributing company, selling directly to hair salons and barbershops. You will need to learn about and sell 4 different lines of products. Starting pay is 18% commission pay, with a performance review to consider commission increase to 20% at 90 days. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, generating leads, and driving sales growth through direct engagement with customers. MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish, as well as a good communicator. Strive to do better every day. Looking for someone humble, who puts others before themselves, and is open to being coachable and teachable. We understand you will make mistakes, but you must take extreme responsibility for what you do. NO EXCUSES! Act with urgency. If something needs to be done, do it ASAP. Express your opinions as well. If something could be done more efficiently, please speak up. Be reliable, consistent, persistent, and keep your word. Our company runs on us being predictable, steady, and reliable for our clients. We will provide constant virtual and in-field training. Must already understand and enjoy selling!

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients within your assigned territory to drive sales growth.
  
• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers and opportunities in the market.
  
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing deals.
  
• Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  

• Proven experience in direct sales or technical sales roles is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with territory management practices and strategies.
  
• Strong skills in lead generation techniques and upselling strategies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
