The Sales Operations Analyst supports the systems, tools, and processes that power the Sales and Deal Desk teams. This role bridges daily execution with strategic improvement-building dashboards, analyzing patterns, and contributing to projects that improve accuracy, speed, and the sales representative experience.
Working alongside Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations, the Analyst ensures data integrity, assists with the contract and ticket queue, and supports implementation of new tools and workflows. The ideal candidate is curious, fluent in Salesforce, and excited to improve how things work-without losing sight of what needs to get done today.
This role is a key contributor within the Sales Operations function and reports to the Manager, Sales Operations.
