Sales Marketing Multimedia Specialist

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Multimedia Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multimedia production, with a focus on creating engaging content that drives business development and enhances customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, along with the ability to manage projects effectively. The Multimedia Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and sales efforts through various multimedia channels.

• Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and presentations for marketing campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
  
• Utilize CRM software to track project progress, manage client accounts, and analyze campaign performance.
  
• Engage in lead generation activities through cold calling and direct sales efforts to expand our customer base.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with multimedia deliverables.
  
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for B2B sales growth within the technology sector.
  
• Manage territory sales efforts, including account management and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
  
• Participate in negotiations with clients to secure contracts and foster long-term partnerships.
  

• Proven experience in multimedia production, including technical sales or marketing roles.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for effective account management.
  
• Strong background in B2B sales, including outside sales, inside sales, and territory management.
  
• Demonstrated skills in lead generation, analysis, negotiation, and customer service.
  
• Experience with product demonstrations and upselling techniques is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent communication skills combined with a creative mindset to develop innovative multimedia solutions.
