Sales Manager - Lone Star Golf Cars (Albuquerque)


About the Role:

Lone Star Golf Cars is looking for a motivated and results-oriented

Sales Manager to lead our Albuquerque sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a background in recreational or dealership sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, a knack for upselling, and strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a growing team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed dealership revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory levels and product availability, ensuring efficient stock management and merchandising.
  • Deliver regular training sessions focused on upselling, product knowledge, and exceptional customer engagement.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up, service, and a customer-first sales approach.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Partner with other departments to create a seamless buying experience from lead to delivery.
  • Represent Lone Star Golf Cars at local events and networking opportunities to build community presence and brand awareness.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in recreational sales, automotive, or dealership management is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling and managing inventory effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Outside sales experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish-speaking) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
