We are seeking an experienced, ambitious Sales Manager to help elevate our business and expand our presence. As a Sales Manager, your primary goal will be to drive revenues and generate new business through proactive efforts and strategic partnerships within the community.


Position: Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactive Sales: Embrace a "boots on the ground" mentality, walking the streets and calling companies to generate event sales for social, corporate, and wedding events.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Attend company-wide events, community gatherings, and industry meetings to build and nurture relationships.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Use your sales and hospitality expertise to develop strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and propose tailored event options.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with key wedding and corporate planners, social contacts, and industry partners to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Event Execution: Provide accurate event information to internal teams (chefs, planners, and execution crew) through Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring smooth planning and execution.
  • Menu and Service Oversight: Assist in developing menus for clients, and overseeing event preparations, including equipment, food, and service logistics


Position Requirements:


  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • OLCC and Food Handler�s licenses (or ability to obtain both)
  • Event planning experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with event planning CRM systems is a plus
  • Availability to work nights and occasional weekends
