We’re seeking a
Sales Intake Manager to lead a high-performing team at the front lines of client engagement. This role is essential to ensuring that every potential client is handled with empathy, urgency, and professionalism. As the first point of contact for people seeking help, your team plays a crucial role in guiding individuals toward the legal support they need - and your leadership will ensure those opportunities are never missed.You’ll manage both
intake and sales operations, overseeing the full pipeline from initial lead to signed client. This includes supervising a local and international intake team, optimizing workflows, hitting conversion goals, and aligning daily efforts with broader business growth. This is a leadership role with high visibility, offering the opportunity to drive impact and shape the future of client acquisition.Own the process of converting incoming leads into retained clients. Ensure your team communicates quickly and consistently, driving results through effective follow-up and performance-driven outreach.
Manage and support the intake team, ensuring coverage across all incoming inquiries and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Step in directly when needed to assist with overflow or high-priority contacts.
Monitor lead activity and movement through the sales pipeline daily. Ensure no opportunity is overlooked, and that each lead is followed through to a clear outcome.
Provide regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to elevate your team. Hold team members accountable to high standards, focusing on both growth and consistency.
Continually improve sales and intake workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Test and refine scripts, contact strategies, and workflows based on performance data.
Establish clear performance goals (KPIs) and track team metrics daily. Use insights to refine strategies, coach underperformers, and recognize top contributors.
Take full ownership of the sales intake funnel. Align your daily efforts with firm-wide revenue goals and contribute to strategic projects aimed at scaling the client base.
Set the tone for every client interaction. Ensure empathy, professionalism, and urgency are at the heart of every conversation, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to care.
Work closely with leadership and legal teams to ensure seamless handoff of new clients. Align intake and sales efforts with client service goals and legal operations.
3+ years of experience in a sales or intake leadership role, ideally in a legal, healthcare, or professional services setting.
Must be fluent in
English and Spanish, both written and spoken.A team player who sets high standards and follows through. Strong coaching skills and the ability to turn potential into performance.
Ability to lead with empathy while driving results. Understands that every conversation is a chance to support someone during a critical moment.
