We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to build and maintain long-term, profitable client relationships, while delivering innovative interior solutions that support customer business goals.
- Set and achieve short- and long-term sales goals to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across a range of products and services.
- Increase sales volume, revenue, and margins by effectively closing deals.
- Represent Dancker�s value proposition as an integrated interiors solutions provider.
- Build strategic alliances and network across A&D firms, corporate real estate, project managers, and end users.
- Collaborate with internal teams and executives to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Evaluate event and membership opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Ensure accurate specifications and efficient project management in coordination with internal teams.
- Leverage technology to enhance client experience and team communication.
- Deliver a high level of client satisfaction to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay up-to-date on new product offerings.
- Manage project completion, punch lists, and timely client follow-up to ensure payment.
- Bachelor�s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferred).
- 3-5 years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
- Background in workspace planning, commercial furniture sales, or project management (preferred).
