Territory: Orleans, Essex, Caledonia, Orange, and Windsor Counties in VT, Coos, Grafton, Belknap, and Sullivan Counties in NH
The ideal candidate will prospect, generate new commercial business, and perform cold calls via phone, email, and in-person to generate sales leads. This candidate should also be able to support existing clients and conduct product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
Job Description: Communication and information facilitator; Find New Commercial Re-Roofing Leads; collect and compile all necessary information and data for an accurate estimate and sales presentations; assess, measure, and core roofs; assist in proposal presentation; follow up on proposals and leads. Follow up after completion of the roof (Deliver warranties in person). Maintain relationships and contact for future work.
Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good driving record, organized, persistent, self-motivated, ability to work alone. Strong computer skills and understanding of Excel and Word. Present yourself and our Company professionally. Must be physically capable of safely setting up and utilizing a 32' ladder alone and a 40' ladder with help. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. The candidate must be willing to travel and stay overnight (1-4 nights) 3-4 times a year for training.
If you're driven to succeed and want to be the best at what you do, commercial roofing knowledge is not required (We will train the right candidate).

Initial training will be done at our facility in St. Johnsbury, VT.
