Sales Associate
Looking for an energetic, passionate, and driven individual for an incredible opportunity with a growing Farm Bureau Financial Services agency. This Sales Associate position will support the Agent servicing Council Bluffs (and surrounding areas) and includes the following responsibilities:
- Prospect within the community to identify sales opportunities. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Build networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Coordinate marketing and advertising strategies.
Ideal candidate will be an outgoing and motivated self-starter. No insurance experience required. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Must pass insurance exams prior to start date. Flexible hours are available. Zero office expenses will be incurred. Starting compensation is
flexible as you have potential to earn commission on top of base.Job Type: Full-time
