The largest used power sports dealership in the region is now hiring!! We are looking for a sales associate to join our team and work at our dealership located in Sioux Falls, SD. Primary job responsibilities of the position include engaging customers on the sales floor, discussing features and benefits of the machines, bringing customer awareness to our finance and warranty offerings, handling customer objections or questions, fielding customer inquiries through phone or email, collaboration with Parts Department and Finance Department, and other duties as they are assigned. Qualified candidates will possess general knowledge of Motorcycles, ATV’s, and Snowmobiles, along with a Can-Do attitude and willingness to be a team player.
We offer a flexible schedule with work hours during the week from between 8AM and 6PM, and Saturdays between 8AM and 3PM. No Nights, and we are closed on Sundays AND Mondays!! We offer paid time off, 6 paid holidays annually, and a retirement account with company match! The compensation outlined will include a base wage along with monthly bonus and commission payouts.
