We are seeking a motivated and reliable In home
Sales Representative to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for running leads, and closing sales for residential a projects. This is a full-time job which will include some nights and weekends.- Perform and follow 7 Diamond Selling Process
- Generate and follow up on leads from various sources (referrals, canvassing, inbound inquiries, etc.)
- Accurately measure and document window and door openings taking photos and notes as needed
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals to customers
- Educating customers about window and door options and insurance claim processes if applicable.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with production and office teams to ensure project success
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Valid driver�s license with a clean driving record
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (W-2 employment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- In home sales experience is a plus but not required training provided
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong, persuasive communication and consultative selling skills
- Confidence, charisma, and the ability to overcome objections with ease
- Full-time W-2 employment or 1099

Pay: $94,345.34 - $150 plus per year
