- Educating customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits and tailoring recommendations to their needs.
- Achieving personal and team membership sales targets while upselling additional services.
- Providing a welcoming and positive customer experience from arrival to departure.
- Handling transactions accurately at the pay terminal.
- Ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company protocols.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or current enrollment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate situations professionally.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Comfortability working outdoors in various weather conditions
