Duties


  • Develop and execute strategic plans for business development to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct warm calling to identify potential clients and generate new leads.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior sales team members and sharing best practices.
