The Role:

We're looking for a dedicated Field Operations Technician skilled in managing diverse responsibilities, from service calls and final inspections to regular maintenance checks. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our roofing projects not only meet but exceed our high standards, thus ensuring the integrity and longevity of our clients' investments.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct detailed service calls, thorough final walk-around inspections, and proactive maintenance checks.
  • Engage in clear, detailed communication with clients, bolstering their trust and satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal efficiency and readiness for tasks.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality, reinforcing Titan Roofing's status as the industry leader.
  • Assist with other roofing projects as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in roofing or construction, with a focus on inspections, maintenance, or customer service.
  • Valid driver�s license with a clean driving record.
  • Additional certification in roofing or construction is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
