If you’re a closer with industry knowledge and a passion for high-level execution, this is your seat at the table.

• Lead from the front Set the tone with your example - in the field, in the CRM, and in the way you treat customers.
  
• Manage the sales process Oversee both retail and insurance restoration workflows. Use CRM tools, track KPIs, and optimize performance at every stage.
  
• In-field coaching Support and train your team with ride-alongs, deal support, and technical guidance. No recruiting required - we�ve got that covered.
  
• Insurance restoration expertise Help your team navigate Xactimate, supplements, and local code compliance to win claims and protect margin.
  
• Protect the brand Represent Utah Roofing Experts with integrity, follow-through, and customer-first decision-making.
  

• Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration
  
• A strong track record of closing deals and managing sales performance
  
• Familiarity with Xactimate, supplementing, and Utah�s building codes
  
• A systems-minded approach with CRM fluency and KPI accountability
  
• Local market knowledge and a commitment to professionalism
  

• Multiple income streams: paid training, team overrides, and commissions on both self-generated and digital leads (after training pay this is commission only)
  
• Commissions paid on gross revenue
  
• You lead and manage the team, we handle recruiting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
