RN Weekend Supervisor

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
  
• Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures.
  
• Train new team members and evaluate nurses� performance.
  
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors� instructions.
  
• Handle complaints or other issues.
  
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to residents, family and friends.
  

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  
• Up to date First Aid and CPR certification.
