- Oversee general building operations
- Oversee employee time and attendance
- Oversee environmental safety
- Oversee clinical assessment and documentation
- Handle resolution of customer complaints throughout the community
- Ensure the community remains in compliance with NJ DOH and Federal regulatory guidelines
- Ensure team members perform job tasks in line with organizations mission, vision and values
