- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License - State of South Carolina
- Certified in Infection Control
- Certified CPR Instructor
- Available to take on-call
- Conduct new employee orientation and ongoing staff education
- Provide in-service training and ensure clinical competencies
- Act as the facility�s CPR Instructor
- Oversee and maintain infection control compliance
- Foster a culture of learning, safety, and excellence
- Partner with leadership to meet regulatory and training goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills
- Long-Term Care and staff development experience is a plus
