Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality, tailored care to individuals with complex and varied health conditions, expanding your clinical skills across multiple areas of practice.- Conduct in-depth nursing assessments and partner with interdisciplinary teams to design and adjust individualized care plans.
- Define and track short- and long-term patient goals, applying timely and effective interventions to support healing and reduce readmissions.
- Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician directives and established clinical standards.
- Delegate responsibilities to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff while ensuring proper supervision and adherence to care protocols.
- Facilitate consistent and accurate communication of patient information across shifts and among care team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification required
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership capabilities
