RN Intensive Care Unit (Night Shift) Job Details:

- Location: Concord, NH, 03301
- Duration: 13 week
- Shift: 12-hour nights | 7p-7:30a
- Guaranteed Hours: Will consider 36 or 48-hr guarantees
- Pay Rate: $58 $62/hr; Depending on experience (negotiable)
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill individuals in a fast-paced ICU setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform other nursing interventions as required.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- 2 3 years of recent ICU RN experience

If closer to 2 years, candidate must be a strong, self-starting RN with broad critical care experience.+
Must demonstrate ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changing conditions.- Active RN License for the state of New Hampshire or Compact RN License
- License verification required prior to start
- BLS (Basic Life Support) AHA or ARC
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) AHA or ARC
- NH State License
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
- Cerner EMR Preferred but not required
