- Current RN licensure in the State of New York
- AHA BLS certification
- Must have recent experience performing comprehensive assessments of patients
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
