Why does the job exist?
This position will serve as a floater in the member services division and be cross functional to provide support to all divisions of member services (Benefits, Call Center, Payroll/Refunds). The position will audit member accounts, audit and process applications, assist in processing payroll, refunds and rollovers. Reconciles to various reports generated out of applicable software.

Minimum Qualification
High School Diploma or Equivalency and two (2) years of direct experience in bookkeeping, retirement processing, benefits administration, and/or auditing. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling two (2) years may substitute for the required experience.
Employment Requirements
Pre-employment background investigation is required and is conditional pending results.
Working Conditions
Work is usually performed in an office setting, with extensive exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT), personal computer and telephone usage. This position also requires the employee to use a copy machine, printer, fax machine and 10 key calculator. Sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping to file, and occasionally lifting a minimum of 25 pounds.
