This is an
in-person, retail-based position where you’ll be helping customers with phone upgrades, activations, and account support. You’ll also educate existing customers on current wireless promotions and help them find the best solutions for their needs. No prior experience is required - we provide all paid training!- Assist customers with new phone activations and upgrades
- Stay up to date on current wireless promotions
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Educate customers on available services and technology
- Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Hourly pay of $11 to $15, paid weekly
- Bonus and commission opportunities based on performance
