Oasis Vape & Smoke Shop is seeking a highly motivated
Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and ensure compliance with company policies.- Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure products are well-stocked.
- Follow all company policies, including age verification procedures.
- Adhere to company guidelines for returns, exchanges, and discounts.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on company promotions and new product releases.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and follow safety procedures.
- Report discrepancies, theft, or damaged products.
- Attend all company training sessions and meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
