Responsible for post-close activity for all mortgage and consumer loans, including payment research, taxes, special payments, payoffs, escrow analysis, and lien perfection. To work closely with member center staff and members to research loan issues and process service requests with an emphasis on superior member service.
Three to five years of loan or related banking experience
High school diploma or HSE equivalency
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel)
Ability to communicate (both oral and written) using courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
Excellent member service skills both internally and externally
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Extremely detail-oriented
Excellent time management skills
